OUR SINGLE VINEYARD
WINES
Our ESTATE Vineyard Wines are produced on our home vineyard here in the Cowichan Valley. A premium piece of land perfectly suited for grape growing. They are 100% estate grown, organically farmed, dry farmed and the vinification is allowed to take place naturally without commercial yeasts and other additives that dictate a recipe. This low intervention approach is what allows the transparency of each vintage to shine through the honest expression of each of our unique terroir-driven wines.
Our WOLFF Vineyard Wines are produced from the Chateau Wolff vineyard located in the hidden valley of the Millstone River just east of Nanaimo. One of the originally planted vineyards on Vancouver Island, these mature vines produce a very pure expression of Vancouver Island Terroir. They are 100% estate grown from this single vineyard, organically farmed, dry farmed and the vinification is allowed to take place naturally.
$85 - 2023 ESTATE PINOT NOIR
From 25 year old vines our Pinot Noir is gently stewarded from grapes into wine with minimal intervention. Both fermented and aged in neutral French oak and left unfined and unfiltered, to capture the truly authentic expression of Emandare’s nature. Soft black cherry and prune plum, violets, rose pedal, wild mushroom, subtle apple and clean minerality and a depth of texture so unique to our Pinot Noir. This only begins to describe this terroir driven wine.

$50 - 2023 WOLFF PINOT NOIR
From 35 year old vines, our Wolff Pinot Noir is gently stewarded from grapes into wine with minimal intervention. Both fermented and aged in neutral French oak and left unfined and unfiltered, to capture the truly authentic expression of Vancouver Island. Juicey red cherry and cranberry, wild rose and mushroom with subtle apple and dusty minerality and a very pure, clean texture.
$45 - 2023 WOLFF CHARDONNAY
Our signature Marechal Foch is gently stewarded from grapes into wine with minimal intervention. Both fermented and aged in neutral French oak and left unfined and unfiltered, to capture a bold expression of Emandare’s nature. Enjoy robust flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry, blueberry, subtle blackberry and dark plum with cracked pepper and subtle savoury mouth watering tones.
$30 - 2023 ESTATE ROSE
A unique field blend that we have been fine tuning annually. 65% Siegerrebe, 13% Foch, 12% Tempranillo, and 10% Dornfelder. This Rosé is bright and vibrant on your palate with ridiculously juicy notes of citrus, apple, pear, melon and wild cherry.

Enjoy round flavours of ripe red apple, orchard pear and crisp citrus with a soft mouth watering silky texture and true Vancouver Island minerality.
$50 - 2022 TRADITIONAL METHOD
BLANC DE BLANCS
From 35 year old Chardonnay vines with a splash of Gewurztraminer for aromatics this bubbly is everything we hoped it would become. Rested on the lees for 16 months before disgorging. Apple, pear and zesty citrus meets delicate floral notes as the tiny creamy bubbles dance across your palate and hint at sweet fresh brioche.
$32 - 2023 ESTATE SAUVIGNON BLANC SOLD OUT (next vintage coming in Summer 2025)
From the oldest planting of Sauvignon Blanc vines on Vancouver Island here at Emandare, we adore this wine. Something magic happens in the way it ripens and uniquely expresses itself on our vineyard. VIBRANT white wild flowers, spiced pears, kiwi, melon, complex minerality and layer upon layer of bright aromas and flavours only begin to describe this wine. Barrel fermented and left on the lees, giving it a soft lovely texture on your palate.
$30 - 2023 ESTATE GEWURZTRAMINER
SOLD OUT (next vintage coming in Summer 2025)
A step away from sweet and into textured and sophisticated. Neutral barrel fermented and left on the lees for 4 months, this dry wine drinks beautifully balanced with so much silky texture. Ripe pear, soft white rose pedal, baked apple and complex mineral notes fill your whole palate with satisfaction.
Our From The Valley Wines are made from locally grown Cowichan Valley grapes supplied from neighbouring vineyards. These are wines that give us the opportunity to capture the playful and unpretentious values of this incredible place that we get to call home. Utilizing the same low intervention approach as on our estate wines, these wines will give you a delightfully honest expression from the valley.
$30 - 2021 FTV VALLEY RED
A unique blend of two very familiar grapes to the Cowichan Valley. 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Maréchal Foch, whole cluster fermented separately and blended together in neutral french oak barrels to rest for 12 month. Very juicy, soft and round on your palate. An everyday red wine. Bright and refreshing wild red cherry, garden raspberry and orchard apple with a mouth watering texture that is meant for more than just sipping.
$30 - 2022 FTV CHARDONNAY
An exciting new wine for us this year. Very expressive, bright and refreshing. Driven by a citrus backbone that is highlighted with lovely apple and melon texture, framed in by aromatics of white peach and highlighted with precise minerality. A lean chardonnay that is intricate and delicate.
$26 - 2022 FTV BLANC DE NOIR
A brand new white wine for us this year that we couldn't be happier about. 100% Pinot Noir with just a touch of skin contact giving it a very pretty pink hue. Such an elegant wine full of flavour and texture. Floral and citrus notes meet with apple and pear brought together with mouthwatering savoury tones and textures.

PS we also made this limited edition aromatic blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Siegerrebe. This is your ideal sipper in the sunshine. Bright fruit and floral aromas leap out of your glass followed by zesty refreshing flavours of melon and citrus.
